General Conduct
Please behave respectfully toward other visitors, staff, and exhibits. Running, shouting, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Children must be supervised at all times.
Protecting the Collections
Our artifacts are irreplaceable. Do not touch objects unless signage clearly indicates it is allowed. Maintain a safe distance from display cases and barriers. Food, drinks, gum, and tobacco products are not allowed in exhibition areas.
Photography & Filming
Non-flash photography for personal use is generally permitted unless signage says otherwise. Flash, tripods, selfie sticks, and professional equipment require prior permission. Commercial photography or media filming must be arranged in advance.
Bags & Personal Items
Large bags, backpacks, and oversized items may need to be checked or inspected. The museum is not responsible for lost or unattended belongings.
Mobile Phones
Keep phones on silent inside galleries. Please take calls outside exhibition spaces.
Accessibility
We strive to make the museum welcoming for all visitors. Accessible entrances and facilities are available. Please contact us in advance for special assistance or group accessibility needs.
Group Visits
School groups and large tour groups must book in advance. Group leaders are responsible for the conduct of their participants.
Safety & Security
Follow all posted signs and staff instructions. In an emergency, remain calm and follow directions from museum personnel. Security screening may be in place for visitor safety.
Prohibited Items
For safety and conservation reasons, the following are not allowed inside: Weapons of any kind, Sharp objects, Food and beverages, Smoking materials, Drones or remote flying devices.
